Warranty: 

At Lumascent, every diffuser is designed to deliver long-lasting performance and a seamless scenting experience. We stand behind the quality of our products, which is why each device is backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

If any issues are to occur under normal use, your diffuser is protected. We’ll replace the device (or damaged parts) in line with the warranty terms below.

What this warranty covers:

This warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults in materials and workmanship, including issues such as:

• Device not powering on
• Electrical malfunctions
• Irregular or inconsistent misting/scent output caused by a manufacturing defect
• Button or internal component failures
• Structural defects not caused by misuse

If your diffuser stops functioning as intended due to a covered issue, Lumascent will replace the product (or damaged parts) at no cost.

What this warranty doesn't cover:

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, drops, or impacts
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, surface marks)
• Damage from using non-Lumascent oils or liquids
• Water damage or damage caused by liquids
• Normal wear and tear
• Any damage resulting from modifications/ non-Lumascent fragrance oils or unauthorised repairs
• Faults caused by incorrect charging cables or power sources

Accessories: cable and remote

Your warranty extends to the accessories supplied with your diffuser, including the charging cable and remote control where included.

Covered:

• Cables that fail to charge or power the device under normal use
• Remotes that stop responding, or buttons that fail
• Manufacturing faults in connectors, housings, or internal components

Not covered:

• Cables that are frayed, cut, crushed, bent, or damaged by pulling
• Remote batteries, which are consumable
• Damage from liquid exposure or drops
• Loss or misplacement of accessories

If a covered accessory fails, we'll send a replacement at no cost — no need to return the faulty part in most cases.

This warranty applies only to Lumascent diffusers purchased directly from our website or authorised partners.

Fragrance oils are exempt from this warranty as they are consumable items.
