Shipping policy

At Lumascent, we are committed to delivering your order safely and promptly across Australia. Please review the details below regarding our shipping process.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking information.

Shipping Method and Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

Standard Tracked Shipping: 2–6 business days after dispatch

Express Shipping: 1-4 Business days after dispatch.

All orders are fully tracked for your convenience

Shipping Fees

Orders above $65 come with Free Tracked Standard shipping. Standard and Express Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Domestic Shipping Only

We currently only ship within Australia. At this time, international shipping is not available.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your shipment’s progress.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@lumascent.au - we can investigate and assist.
